August in Barcelona

If you are in Barcelona this August, you can go to the beach, discover the Modernism and Gaudí, look for places with air conditioning and do some gastronomic activities.

Sardines and Rumba (by Moritz)

In La Caseta del Migdia (Montjuic) every Wednesday you can eat sardines and a beer.  The full menu includes salad, grilled sardines, toasted bread with tomato, melon and watermelon for dessert and Moritz beer to drink. Meanwhile, you will be hearing Catalan rumba live by the group Rumbalà. The price per person is 19 euros.


Craft Beer in Festes de Gràcia (14th to 18th August)

Vilabirra is a Exhibition of craft beer which takes place in Cara B and El Col.leccionista  (in Gracia, in Torrent de les Flors Street 36 y 46) on 14th to 18th August (from 17p.m to 3a.m.). During these days there will be tastings and concerts. You can taste 30 kinds of beer. And the presentation of the  first commemorative beer in Festas de Gracia, this year called “Virreina”.
