This weekend, beer, cava, tapas and cupcakes

This weekend, different gastronomic activities in Barcelona:

In Fira Montjuic started yesterday the Oktoberfest in Barcelona (4-13th October), following the german tradition: a big tent, beer jars, music with polka bands, traditional Bavarian foods and Paulaner beer:  http://www.oktoberfest-barcelona.es/

Fira de la Cervesa Artesana in Sabadell (4-6th October) : this event about craft beer is included in the Beer Week, with a lot of activities (you have to book most of them): http://firacervesasabadell.cat/es/setmana-cervesera/agenda-de-actividades/

Cavatast (4-6th October): A traditional event in St.Sadurní d’Anoia. Cavatast is a space for pairing the best cavas with the best food trends of the season. The exhibitors offer visitors an extraordinary range of products for tasting and taking home.

Tapas route in Barcelona (2-20th October): Some bars offer tapa+Estrella beer at a single price: 2,40€. You find the map with locals and kind of tapas here.

Festa Major de Sarrià (4-13th October): During this week, there are some popular activities in Sarrià neighborhood in Barcelona. On Friday (October 11th) at 19h, free Tomas bravas in St.Vicenç de Sarrià Square, because of the 100 years of Bar Tomas.

Dolç Maremagnum (October 5-6th): In Terraza Maremagnum (Barcelona’s Port) you can find workshops, tastings and exhibitions related to pastry-making. See the program here

And in other places: Ruzafa Gastro Weekend (October 3-10th), the first gastronomic pop-up in Valencia, Madrid Exquisito (October 4-13th) some restaurants offer a tasting menu at 30 euros (excluding drinks and taxes) and Tapapiés 2013 (October 17-27th) offers a multicultural route and tapas at 1 euro in Lavapiés neighboorhood (Madrid).
