Barcelona is offering a lot of gastronomic events this weekend, before Christmas and the end of 2014. Some of them:
All those food Market (Desember 20th): In the middle of the historic building of Universitat de Barcelona, in Plaça Universitat, a market with gastromic artisans and entrepeneurs which bet for quality food in the city. You can find there restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops,etc . You can taste tapas from La Pubilla, bread from Cloudstreet Bakery, fast food from Caravan Made and more. An interesting option for Saturday.
Eatstreet Food (Desember 20-21th, from 12 to 23h): In Plaça Les Glòries again (see our visit to the previous edition), this initiative of food cooked in caravans and music in the street is a good choice to taste quality fast food. Fira del Gall (Vilafranca del Penedès, Decembre 20th-21th)
In this Cock Fair you can find a poultry market and interesting gastronomic activities. And some restaurants of the area are taking part in the initiative Vilafranca vé de gust, offering dishes made with cock named “Gall Negre”.
